Robert Suastegui

Mr. Suastegui earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Illinois.

With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Suastegui has a proven track record as a quality home builder.

Mr. Suastegui was a member of the Habitat For Humanity Board of Directors.

Prior to following his passion into the construction field, Mr. Suastegui held various senior level executive positions in the communications manufacturing industry.

Deep knowledge of the construction process, as well interior home design allows Mr. Suastegui to share his experience and ideas with our customers.

Paul Semmes

Mr. Semmes earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.

Mr. Semmes has more than 33 years of engineering experience in the Building Design and Construction industries.

In the public sector, Mr. Semmes worked as a civilian employee for the US Coast Guard, US Navy and the US Air Force.

In the private sector, Mr. Semmes established an Engineering Construction firm that eventually merged with a larger entity that provided Design, Construction and Design-Build services to the Department of Defense and other US Government, local government and private entities.

Mr. Semmes has extensive experience in the fields of public solicitations, proposals and contracts as well as providing design and construction services.
